Cundletown Self Guided Heritage Walk

Take a self-guided walk around Cundletown. The walk highlights a number of built and natural items of significance to the history of the village. Step back in time and see the well-preserved historical items. The walk is approximately four kilometres. Allow about two hours to visit all the items of interest. Be sure to wear comfy shoes and take some water with you.

Stop along the river bank for a picnic lunch. Pack a lunch and dine amidst beautiful natural surroundings. Or you may finish the tour at the Cundletown and Lower Manning Historical Society and Museum. Spend a delightful afternoon at the museum.

Clarendon Forest Retreat Horse Riding

Even if you’re not an equestrian, you can still have fun horseback riding. Imagine endless rainforest rides in the heart of Talawahl Nature Reserve. Take the scenic route and rise down Gentle forest tracks. This is ideal for beginners. At Clarendon they prize the horse riding for being fun, scenic, and exciting. There is one guide to every four riders, with both novice and experienced riders catered for. Children aged six and up are welcome. This is to ensure that you have a safe ride.

If you’re into arts and crafts, you’ll love this place. The Myall Community Art and Craft Centre is a not for profit Community Organisation, totally run by its members for its members. Join their classes, visit their shop. There are so many fun and exciting classes to choose from. They offer classes in art, folk art, creative embroidery, patchwork and quilting, woodwork and wood turning, lead lighting, leatherwork, print making, pottery and mosaics. Whatever your artistic outlet may be, you’ll find a class to suit your needs.

Feel free to purchase local crafts. Local crafts are available for purchase in the shop. Visitors are welcome to take craft classes and activities in the workrooms. Bring home souvenirs for your loved ones.
